RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. By entering into any of our competitions, participants agree to the rules laid out below.

2. Competition states are stipulated under each competition. Entries after the closure date will not be accepted.

3. Number of entries allowed will vary, and will be stipulated per competition.

4. Winners are determined by random draw.

5. Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for the cash equivalent.

6. Winners will be notified via email and phone. If winners cannot be contacted after 2 weeks, a new winner will be drawn.

7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winners or participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. Winners or participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoter.

9. Any concerns can be raised to kiron@monkeyhelpline.co.za

10. Monkey Helpline cannot be held accountable for any loss/damage or misrepresentations made by our prize providers. All prizes are provided to Monkey Helpline in good faith. Should there be any issues, please raise them directly with the provider of the prize.

11. Rules and conditions can be changed during the competition.
